A fascinating odyssey, Vietnam is an amazing destination for families. My advise is if you have 2 weeks to spare, pack your suitcases and fly to Vietnam. There is no shortage of things to do, there is plenty of food options (including pasta and pizza for finicky eaters), the exchange rate is very favorable to the US $, there is a great choice of accommodations in every price range, it is easy to get around – should I keep going on?

We flew Korean Air to Hanoi, via Seoul. I was impressed by the airline. Even for coach, the seats were comfortable with plenty of leg room.
