St. Barthelemy or locally known as St. Barths, is a French Caribbean island that got its reputation as a sunny getaway for the rich and famous. Best described as St. Tropez with a Caribbean flair, St. Barths offers sun soaked white beaches, unparalleled cuisine, lush tropical landscape, designer boutique shopping, and turquoise bays filled with luxury yachts. The laid back luxury vibe of the island keeps drawing us back time after time.
We went back to St. Barthelemy in August 2018 with our kids and happy to report that the island is being rebuilt, it is just as beautiful and relaxing as it always has been. Most of the villas are operational and the hotels should be up and running by the 2019 Holiday Season.
